Refund Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, no fee will apply.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
Refunds are not provided for completed services unless an issue is proven to be caused by negligence.
